Funcom arogance sometimes baffles me. Is it in company culture to insult your paid customers?

Pro tip: if a customer is interested in your product and asks for a special offer you kindly inform him that nothing is planned for this very moment but new sub offers might come soon. Then apologize that you cannot be of further assistance to your customer and encourage him to wait just a bit longer.

I purchased a sub earlier this year during the last special offer. The price worked out to be about $6/month USD.

Yeah, nice score. I thought it was usually about $7/m, but I keep getting mixed up wiht the final price, which for me converted to about 80 or 90 AU, which I conveniently forgot to mention!

Have spoken with Marketing today. They normally do sub offers in "Crazy November" and that is the plan this year as well.
