I cancelled my account.
I just revived my account and started playing again but I can't enter Kithai...
the coast of ardashir is still available.
What should I do to enter Kithai?

Have you bought Rise of the Godslayer after you became Premium?

- Remove daily rewards and the raid finder;
- remove membership bonuses;
- disable PVE XP for daily challenges;
- remove WBs forever on Crom;
- slow down the AA gain;
- lower the PVP XP gain or remove the streak system;
- remove AoE looting;
- add the missing mobs back to Khesh., F. of the Dead, and Eigl. Mount.;
- fix the 250+ms ping;
- take the key away from Saddur;
- revert T3, T3.5 (10.21.15), T4 (10.21.15), and GGG changes;
- remove energy and add skills (like taunt) back.

you have to buy Rise of the Godslayer expansion, either in game, or a hard disk copy on amazon for like $10 usd. if you have it already, and can't enter, try contacting a GM via petition, or live support during US daytime. Also, Turan (ardashir) is available to f2p, as long as they've bought the expansion pack, so you would have been able to access it as f2p.

Sounds like they're still reading you as un-subbed. Have you tried getting at other premium content and see if it works? If so, then GM is best way to resolve. Otherwise, might be something wrong in the resubbing process.
