Yes, the old version was not compatible with the new version. (Our mods even mentioned that)

So far I have "Dev tracker," "ZOMG CHANGE!" and "OMG I hate the Colorz!"

What else am I missing here that needs addressed?

I think my list is substantially longer:

• Threads with new posts are marked with a TINY BLUE "DOT" Either change the color (red/purple/pink?) or make it SUBSTANTIALY BIGGER
• Standard font and size are to small. Change font and size for better reading: Standard size 3 Arial Black standard size Arial Black size 3
• The layout for fotumheaders when subforums are present is horrible! Give every sub-forum its own line or increase the character size.
• When editing text, incomprehensable text is posted on top of the original option boxes below your text. Also the box "Reason for editing"and "Title" are not aligned with their headers. This happens AFTER you use preview!!!
• Advanced Search: In the old forums the default search options included "standard" selection criteria that limited your search range like "English Forum" or "Quests".
  In the new forums you have to ACTIVLY (a.k.a. MANUALLY) switch from "Search Multiple Content Types" (Tab 2) to "Search Single Content Type" (Tab 1). Please make Tab 1 the default.
• Please bring the forums colorscheme more in line with the "Age of Conan Unchained" banner. (Darker/Orange for borders, Lighter/Yellow for text boxes) The current colourscheme is making me cross-eyed and gaving me a headache.
• Please bring back ALL the old smiley's. GOOD: BAD:

Not your whole community is reading this on their mobilephone you know, some of us are old school and use old school pc's and/or laptops

I didn't see where the mods mentioned that before my post explaining why. I did re-read the entire thread.
You sort of mentioned it, but didn't specifically say the new version broke the old layout, which is what I cleared up.
You can make me a mod if you want to though.

It wasn't the layout that was the issue, it was the version we were using. We upgraded, and with any kind of software update, things happen. We're still working on getting things to where they should be, though. Give us a few more hours and things should seem a bit more familiar.

The biggest issue so far is the colors, it makes it hard for a lot of people to read especially with the quote boxes the almost same color. I hope you are working on changing it instead of mocking people.

Are you working on, that the basic user informations "Race, Class, Guild and Server" are not shown anymore? Or do I have to tweak something?

I see that this information is still on my profile page. I also want to know if there is something I need to do to have it show.

I agree with most of this.
As for the standard font and size, the text looks fine to me.
The forumheaders / subforums layout is acceptable, though could probably be improved a wee bit.
I also don't see what issue there is with editing text and previewing the changes. Nothing looks out of place.

The line with 'new posts to quick links' is smaller font and nonbolded which makes it harder to read.

The font used for 'signatures' is now the same size as the typed message, which makes it not look as 'good' to me: I removed both of my signatures due to this change from the aoc and aoc test server forums.

Can you have it so that when I click on the topic it brings me to the latest unread reply like the old system? It was very convenient that way before.

Its kinda of strange but I can not login to forums using Google Chrome.
But when I switch to Firefox it works fine.

Also, when I type in my password in Chrome the keys I press is not hidden: http://i.imgur.com/csJAzWJ.jpg (and no, that is not my pw)

Probably some problem from my side, but does anyone have an idea of what I could be doing wrong?

Question: why are all of these listings the first thing seen with 'new posts'? Some of these listings look to be for closed forums for moderators and such, aka the Reported posts, Infraction Records, Moderated Threads, Private forums, Hall of the Gods (maybe not the last one).

And why do we have these all listed up there anyway? We can't click on them, I usually just scroll down from the English forums as needed.

I think most of the community that has been "OMG I HATE THE COLORZ" have been quite descriptive on WHY the color patterns don't work. But, in case you actually HAVENT read in detail on most of the complaints... for people who are colorblind, the colors do not work. The color patterns do not work for people with eye problems. The colors do NOT contrast enough for people with eye problems to distinguish a difference right away.

Simply put, I should not have to have my face two inches from my laptop screen while wearing my prescription glasses JUST to be able to find WHAT forum I want to view and read.

It has been days now, with nothing people have suggested being fixed or altered.. and instead of offering a reason other than you had the weekend off and that you couldn't/wouldn't spend 5 mins looking at this thread while on the porcelain throne instead of playing angry birds to answer anyones questions, you respond with a snarky, unprofessional response.

If the forums are unfixable due to lack of resources, or because the team is unwilling/unwanting to for whatever reason, just state it, instead of asking people to make suggestions that will go unheard, or in this case, end up being ridiculed by the companies employees. Or, perhaps, use the funds that would fix the forums, and take a course on human resources and professionalism.
