I would like to point out that the current system "in game" for in game store and the account page is very difficult to purchase expansions.
those who are returning to AOC like myself probably do find no sections to actually purchase rise of the godslayer, or turan, actually I cannot find an expansions section.
even a google search to try purchase it directly from funcom, using or not using funcom points is very difficult to navigate and understand.
surely those in the marketing department must look at this, as I can imagine your losing money from it.
in game store, should have a section outlining all expansions, ROTG, Turan. then the normal methods to purchase them, cash or funcom points would be good, but I actually ended up buying mine elsewhere as it seriously put me off at the way it's marketed, for example;
If you want to purchase an expansion you have to buy funcom points, which is fair enough however, the quantities of funcom points are actually designed in such a way that you must purchase two sets of them, leaving surplus funcom points (which I found with ROTG). I think this is really bad practise and not good for the end user. If you buy something you should be able to just buy that item. Funcom points are fine I think for in game items and packs etc but for expansions I think it would be fairer to be able to buy them outright with cash or credit card, or make the price exactly the same denomination as the funcom points and be advertised or placed in their own section within the shop in game and on the game account page.
