    [Game mechanics]

    Fix the skill system.
    reduce the total amount of skill points to spend so the players has to choose where his character is skilled at.
    or
    remove it compleatly and give the players skills depending on the class he is.

    [Quest]
    In the shipwrecked quest, remove the key from sadur and put it back to the boss demon.
    also let one of the minibosses drop a shield.

    [misc]
    if you want to help veteran players to skip tortage, sell them a lvl 20 character with the main quest done but without the quest rewards.

    Default Make the soldier general feat tree a bit more viable for pve

    [PvE] Add 1%,2%,3% hate decrease to soldiers in frenzy stance to Guarded Frenzy
    Add 1%,2%,3% hate increase to soldiers in defensive stance to Lifesaver

    This might give soldiers a bit more options for PVE feat builds and wont affect PVP at all
    (1%,3%,5% might be an option too)

    Default Option to preview vanity

    It would be nice to have option to preview how some vanity gear from shop will look before we buy it. Specially now when we are getting 30 gliding tokens.
    Idk if you guys have resource and how complicated it is but i think that option would be fun.

    [Quest] Allow level 80 players the option to see exclamation symbols above low level npc quest givers that they have missed while leveling up. This should include all playfields and hub cities. As it stands i believe the grey exclamation symbol only extends to 7 levels below the current level of their avatar.


    With the advent of the achievement system i am fairly certain a quest completion achievement will most likely be implemented. So to encourage people to do this please implement this feature for the player base.

    [Rewards] - Daily login rewards with a cumulative effect, 1 day (insert minor item/copper etc), 2 day...well you get the message.
    This is implemented in various other mmos & especially those with a slowly declining population to further increase the return factor. Great for new players also as they feel the game is giving back.

    Ties in with-

    [Promo Codes] - Start dishing these out monthly or bi monthly, nothing major maybe a cple of potions or something in line with a current event, no real work involved as all the assets will be in game already same as above.

    [Steam] - Better utilization of the Steam platform, it has on average between 3-5 million players online concurrently at any one time & AoC doesnt even have a sticky for the official forums (it has one for support), youve got the tortage pack & the crush your enemies pack on there but how about a cheaper pack to act as a hook? £5/$10 its a drop in the ocean & with the right items in there could be a good way to grab people.

    [Community] - Better community interaction, you have some very long standing players on these forums with a wealth of knowledge of the game available to you, if utilizing steam is a hard push then install a couple of devoted players as your mods there, its in everyones best interests to keep AoC alive & who better to shout it from the rooftops than the players themselves.

    Anyway thats just some very basic gibberings from a fan of AoC & lover of the low fantasy home it is, I dont want AoC to crawl under a rock & die but you need to put it out there a bit more for the rewards to flow in. As it stands a lot of people didnt even know it was still going =/

    Edit - Sorry completely missed your [PVE] / [PVP] / [MISC] as a way to list them & was just jumping in, so best these are all under [Misc]

    [PVE] Introduce actual new content instead of just "unchained" stuff. Add more questing in Khemi, Khitai, and Old T so a person can go from 20 to 80 in one of those hubs if they so choose. Open up T3 and below to F2P. Fix bugged quests.

    [Guild] Fix the Renown and Valor bugs. Allow for bigger guild banks. Maybe allow city vanity so a city can be reskinned to fit certain looks (A city of crystal or a city built from corpses ect)

    [Crafting] add a resources bag or allow currently existing bags to expand the resources slot by 1/3 their max slots rounded up. Add more gems particularly 80 gems (make some with critigation, heal rating, or maybe those stats plus a few others like a white gem with critigation, protection, and immunity for example). Allow armorsmiths to add a gem slot to armor if it doesn't have one. Allow the same for Weaponsmiths. Add basic armor for every class to the armorsmith crafting. Make epic recipies people can learn or epic sets they can learn (nothing above T2 in power). Craftable vanity only gear. A weapon vanity system. Introduce a dye system sorta like what Diablo 3 has so people can better get color matches to their vanity gear.

    [Misc] Fix the bugs and the crashes many experience. Make the veteran's boots and cloak an item that slots onto the appropriate gear that can be removed with a potion that costs gold and then reapplied to another appropriate item (the boots are ugly). Add more frequent deals and offers, and make better offers during big events like say the yearly offer. Release these things on time. You offer a Halloween deal every year. You literally have a year to figure out the details and get it ready for implimentation. This year's offer is a slap in the face of the community imo, and so is the lack of a Christmas offer.

    There needs to be a public que for quests of elite nature. I'm a old player returning on a sub and I find it hard to get players together on a low -mid level quest I think a public que would help get people together and allow others to finish the hard quest thank you

    [PvE] Fix the LL prot gear.

    Dps only needs to get one set of gear, while tanks need dps, melee, and t3 for prot, Takes a few weeks/months and you still have to rely on t4 geared to boost you.

    [PVP] Create an advocate system in which 3-5 players are voted into by a community poll. These 3-5 players can communicate first hand between PVP players and game developers about what improvements should be done to make an overall more balanced and enjoyable PVP experience to all players that partake.
