HenryX has come a long way with producing his video's. It's good watching. He was featured long ago when FC was doing community profiling, asking questions of members who contributed in some way, shape or form and posted it to their web-site.

Also, can someone inform the courier that his job's title has been misspeeled? Courier, not Courrier. I understand grammar-nanny's aren't cool in forums (so I'm not cool, you'll get over it), but when you send out email reminders to the public?

Addressing and fixing are 2 different things. This issue has been around since the previous server merge last year, look at the date that thread was created. Obviously the coder that was told to fix it many months ago didn't, and now we continue to wait again. Lol

I dunno, just seems silly that issues for "our game" are almost ignored and just tossed in the to do later pile day after day.

(This turns out to be a thread where we can communicate with you, Tomium, so I give my feedback to this here *hint hint, it is great you are talking to us that's what we were asking for. Sorry for hijacking your wellcome-thread^^.)

It is really great to get an official statment about the renown issue, thanks to Nusquam for that.

But nonetheless will I take this hole case as an example of why the community is so upset about communication: The renown bug was known for a veeeeery long time, a lot of players opened threads about this, wrote petitions, send PMs to CMs (which still remain unread in my case), and most of the players didn't scream for a fix right then, but wantet to know if their reports were taken seriosly and if they could get an official statement about them. Although it is of course very good, that the GD made a coder to look into this, it would have been even better if someone had told us about that. A lot of rage would have been prevented, and there would have been right away a lot of feedback that it was obviously not patched or the patch didn't work as intended.

(It is of course funny, that it was patched...didn't read THAT in the patchnotes...)

To inform us about the things you do (or do not, which will be fine, too) about the most urgend issues is something I wish you will do, Tomium. It is not about writing novels about that, just one or two simple sentences like Nusquam did. Of course it would be up to you, unfortunatly, to pick this most urgend issues. I think it is really sad that this is unfortunatly not part of your job description, but you see how well it went this far to talk to us. Perhaps just push someone in charge to give you time for such things (Just saying...Your Voice?)
