Authentication failure.

Hello. First off, i must apologize for my bad english. I hope it would be possible to understand.
Anyways, my problem:
I cannot login into the game, i get Authentication failure (14) error.
I added gametime from box edition that i buyed few days ago. Other accounts are working well, but i saw on the one with gametime i don't have any "Account type" version (it's blank) while on others are US. I contacted support but all i got was some bot mail which said that US and EU servers merged. That's all.
Is it possible to fix it somehow? Please, help if you know something.
