Rare epic loot on WB

I have one question about the epic weapons that drop from the world boss - do they drop T3 weapons? One of my Necro guildies got an epic staff - Vendor Price 50 silver. Im not 100% if this was the T3 staff. Ive seen one other claiming on global that the WB dropped this same staff.

Anyone knows more?

As far as i know, WB drop t1 and t2 weapons, and sometimes, very rarely, they can drop a weapon with a t3 budget, but these t3 equivalent weapons are not the t3 ones dropping from the t3 instance, TAS, they're special weapons specific to those WB.

Ah, I see. Can anyone link the stats of the 2he / 2hb / 1he / 1hb special wb drops?
