Next world boss?

So does anyone know what time the event will start? Is it on EST midnight Tuesday now, or back to the Norway GMT? I know that it stopped on the Tuesday about 4 pm PST or so, pretty early imo.

I just want to see if its worth staying up later or getting up earlier. Last time the basilisk spawned in EG and in N grasslands, so I have to go bind some characters to pin pin IF its the basilisk.

The system uses the time which is fetched from the server, which is GMT.
