With all physical copies the movie still plays. Do you have a downloaded copy?
Maybe there is a tagable option in the settings as well?

I have physical copies of both original game and Khitai, maybe thats why I have the cinematic video still, I always install the game from dvd's.

Some of the patches back in 2011 removed the introductory film (a bug). You can always download it from Torrent, ask a friend in the game to upload only the flicks (two files, as far as I remember), or download the client again on another computer, for example, and copy the video files.

Once you put it back, it will never be removed again with the next patches.

it´s not, it was released in may 2008 ... that´s an AoC trailer from 2007 which turned out to be the intro later
