Phase 2.1 - Implement PVP towers so small groups could get PVP experience without requiring massive guild needs

Phase 2.2 - Drunken brawling so people would have fun in RP

Phase 2.3 - NPCs will attack your guild city from time to time, building up forces

Phase 2.4 - New inventory items being redone
