It doesn't, but for people who never played pre 2.0(minus the joke 1.5 was) I guess they don't understand our point of view either because they have not known anything but gross inbalance since 2.0. Moving from one class to another with these awful revamps(currently Conq) which just magnify and enhance many inconsistencies which were already there for the archetype before hand.
Remember the Ranger revamp? A simple fire trap with exhausting trap could drain ALL of your stamina and mana while just a specced Bleeding puncture could kill most classes alone. Then you had Sin, where the stealth attack/facestab today is a joke compared to where Sins were at the revamp.
AA's not being entirely thought out, PvE gear progression releasing multiple times while pvp armor progression has flatlined for 3 years, multiple revamps based on pve performance trickling down to gross inbalance in pvp, and limited hot fixes to simple things like the mini game bug, it's just been a roller coaster ride at 10 mph downhill since 2.0.
I sincerely hope 2014 is the year they start making it happen. At least this year:
