Companion and Pet List

Has anyone compiled a list of all the pets/companions in game and maybe the location of where they were found/dropped?

Have not seen a list at all in the 5 years of this game.

Come to think of it, I think there was a list on the old US forums, but that is gone now. It probably never got completed.
