Looks like he let the domain go. If you do a whois lookup the domain was purchased a little over a year ago and it's now in "quarantine" state before being released.

Sorry about that, it is probably because i was 4 days late paying for the next year, i thought it wasnt a problem because it happened a month ago and the site was wroking still, but they just sent me an e-mail about it.
The site will be back soon dont worry
