Game crashed all the time

So havent been playing for six months. but now it crashes after 10 30 sec everytime. anyone have any tips?

Try to uninstall the Microsoft platforum Update KB2670838 and the Microsoft security patch KB2859537.

You can also try to uninstall SweetFX if you are using it.

If all of the above doens't help I'm stumped.
