Charged money with failed funcom system payment

Few days ago I dicedided go back to AoC and I was suprised when I saw subsription price in polish currency, not in euro. I sent money to paypal account and made 3 month subscription.
Paypal transferred money to euro from polish currency smaller amount (15 euro like one month of sub) and xharge was succeded.
But account was still frozen and I didn't noticed subscription.

You'll have to contact the Live Support Chat people or email them. There is nothing anyone can do on here.

I have contacted them twice via ticket and live support.
GM of paypal support that he don't see any failed payment (lol)
when I was deleted all my methods of payment.
I have sent them screen of paypal payment with transaction number and even that they didn't do nothing about that.
Probably only dispute via paypal will help,
