If that was their goal, they would offer a bit more than pots, old items most vets have had for years, and extra time. How about something new/unique and awesome that we never have seen before.

Vets already know the money is going to TSW.

They could have just as well NOT given you a special membership deal... ever think about it that way?

Special offers are good! Problem is just they could be better (or come in various packs like suggested in the old forums).

Older special offer contained for example less additional free time, but unique pets, char slots, expansions, unique vanity items, mounts etc..

For most purposes a generic special offer of x funcom points and y additional freetimes should do the deal...
Then all to do would be to add the fitting items to choose from to the shop permanently. Win win.

Yeah the "offers" are not especially good. They should try to keep what vets that are in game still. I for one is not tempted by this one..
