So i've been thinking about this for a while, what if you gather a bunch of new/inexperienced players, make 2 groups and do some premades against eachother. Ofcourse gear is a big difference, so i was thinknig that all could use white gear or steelsilk/bluesteel (which is more expensive though)White weapons, no asseccories and no AA's equipped. Ofcourse some classes gain less than others in gear, same with the passive AA's.

If people act mature and follow the rules i think this can bring alot of fun. If someone could host these events it would be awesome!!

Hokay, I don't want to burst your bubble but I see one, major issue with your idea

Yup, very common among AoC players to breake rules and exploit whenever they can. But those player could be warned or kicked from the group.
