EU players cannot get in to funcom services

The Secret World game

None of their website or game does not work

Using american proxy service lets me to connect to this website

I can reach Forum and other websites from time to time but not the game. Could you ask a GM about wth is going on? Ty

Sweden here, I got stuck on login, pressed cancel,entered pass anew,, then I got in game.. atleast 2 friends in Norway is permastucked,and no access to forum and homepage

We were in a group and three of the people in the group just crashed and couldn't log back in a hour ago. Me and another guy could continue to play as normal however, and all of us are euro trash.

I can play just fine from France, so it's a provider issue or someone cut a submarine cable Run tracerts to dm09-nj4.ageofconan.com and see if you can find a common culprit with other people.

I see my guild and FL are pretty empty, but there's still people in game, mostly from EU/Russia etc (Fury server)
