I have always played on Crom, and after merge the increase in minis left before end, afk, hidden people etc is raised drastically.

Everyone seems scared to play a balanced mini, all just wanting easy farm parties.

I have never seen Davijr leave a single minigame, just to name one great player.
I have seen him playing even 4 vs 6, ssometimes ending with a negative k/d (quite unusual for a player who generally scores 20+ / 3- on average..).
That's why he is probably so good: he fights when there is some challenge, which is the only way to improve.
And I still have to find a better ranger on US side (or even one who comes remotely near).

There are good and bad players on both EU and US sides, but US attention to k/d whoring is pathetic, considering there are so many players failing at it while dramatically focusing just that.

I don't see any better game vision in k/d whores I see around in minigames, most times just people spreading around like chikens on every map.

Even if I agree that flag-botting and tank escorting is not by itself teamplay, please don't try to convince me k/d whoring or just a good k/d makes a player good.

It will never happen that you convince me that a player is good just by posting one (or 10) screenshot showing his k/d.

Attitude in minigame, support, etc it all contributes to make a player good, and no screenshot can show that.

So... all the times I actualy bothered helping my teammates survive with a cc, so they could kite that extra second and lose aggro, then return and dps once again, the times I simply died by flag so ppl should ignore it and instead focus that meaty conq that has the DnD Die Hard perk equipped, the times I ran for flag to avoid total defeat, both score wise and morale wise, that's not worth anything? DAYM! So mindless, bloodthirsty killing a lá I'm a psycopath and I'm proud of it is the pinnacle of mmo team play, eh? Sure, it's fun at times but I don't see the incentive of actually helping others, since they can steal your kills (God FORBID!) or result in you dying, since a zerg operates quite... whimsically.
And I got to agree with Calore. After Merge I have seen some outright WEIRD behaviour from people in minis. Seems "not helping flag carrier" is quite the popular attitude. I ain't no fancy shmansy big city player, but it seems to me some of us have a lesser capacity of operating with several objectives simultaneously. But, ah, well, ain't gonna delve deeper into details. There's good players and there's bad. And I'd say after merge we got more of both types.

It was am awesome match. The other team bravely defended their flag while sacrificing only 79 deaths total. They were very brave to continue playing throughout the match. You guys need to stop focusing on kills and worry about the objective. We simply had a better tactics than them.

Well such posts weren´t even exist until merge, could you guess why? And... well cowards were not even exists (at least on Aquilonia) until the merge with another "great" nation. Well "they" both most likely do not share our values... and I´m really glad I do not share values with them born in good old Europe.

How did you manage to turn this into EU vs US crap?

This is just a good objective pvp match. You just had to turn it into US vs EU or how bad US values are.

Keep in mind only 3 of us on the team were US players.

take eu pom even from crom and he would have got 30-0

What exactly would a team deathmatch have changed to the score ? Both of flags and kills ?

I wouldn't brag about managing to score only once against such a team.A team of three good players would have done the same. Nor would i troll those that fought till the end despite impossible odds.
