no offhand rating in gear unlike sin

Why don't barbs get offhand in gear like sins. Barbs need it more for. . .

overpower proc
double shrapnel from wreck armors
extra damage on cyclone attacks
etc.

Sins don't even need it by comparison.

duration refreshes with hits, easy to upkeep it all the time

Not to mention the ability is bug, if the effect is still runing you can spam the ability that will not go on cooldown thus keep x10 stacks all the time.

Nah, i have a dt and they don't need buffs unless they want to have the power of a conq. Such as a dt has more dps than a conq but a conq can lay down tomrents really fast which dt can't do so in the end fight conq wins but in a fast paced mini, the dt should get more kills. Point is my dt doesn't need a buff (like barb) It's just that conqs need to be toned down.

That is not needed, as it will increase the insane DPS that barbarians already have.
