The massacre system is basically an enclosed hub city like Khemi or OT that is a PvP zone without any guards and without any wagoneers except one (to take you back to "normal" OT or Khemi.)
Anyone can join, at anytime, at any given moment. You just login to the game and when entering a hub city you will be given a choice to enter "massacre" version of that city. Discuss.

But honestly. The performance would suck, since we know how sieges are.
But the idea is great.
