Can I recustomize a character?

I've looked around on the cash shop and haven't seen any sort of "recustomize" item so far. So, is it possible to change a character's appearance after character creation? If it is possible are there any limits to what can be changed?

No.. You can buy some hair, facial hair and tattoos thats it.

There are purchasable hair dyes, styles and tatoo (also removal). You can get "arms enlargement" or "breast enlargement" and also "increase size" abilities from veteran points or store, but those are temporary.

So any hair dyes or styles I buy won't be a permanent change?

Hair and tatoos will be permanent until you decide to change them.

Thanks for the answer. I still don't see any hairstyles or hair dyes on the cash shop. Do I have to buy them from a merchant somewhere or be a certain level to see them?

all hub cities have those vendors for tatoos and hair/dyes.

also shaulun in kithai a city in chosain has same type of vendors.
some particular dyes/hairstyles/tatoos will only be sold in each hub
easy to investigate for yourself.
there is a faction in turan where you can obtain some diferent tattoos.

personaly i like stygian tatoos best and kithai hairstyles with aquilonian dyes
