Thread: Sezmra, what is done about the lost items?

Default Sezmra, what is done about the lost items?

    @Sezmra,

We seriously need to know what is done to rectify this issue with the lost items. Has it been forwarded to the game director? Are anyone responsible looking into it? What is the current status?!

COMMUNICATE PLEASE! This is really not too much to ask for. Return to us with some info ASAP!

This is not for the overburdened GM's ingame to restore item by item. Funcom alone is responsible for the many missing items, Funcom alone has the information in their backups about peoples items prior to yesterday afternoon and Funcom alone can issue rollback.

GM's ingame ask when we got the lost items and their exact names. Some people lost entire pages of inventory, how can they know and tell?! Funcom has this information, why ask us? Like we keep a logbook of when we get which item. Any backup, which we all know Funcom keeps will show what items we had prior to the screwup yesterday.

    Best regards, Sifie

PS! The petition window ingame is bugged and dosen't update petitions when we want to reply to GM's through it.

Yes, it is strange to believe, that more than 12 hours after so many peple reported this bug, there is still no statement!

Many people are unsure to log in. It can´t be a serious solution that all people should write a petition with lost items.
Does Funcom not know what is missing in my bag?
Ok, I will tell you what is missing:
    (fictional items) and 50.000 Goldpieces.

Oh, Goldpieces aren´t missing? How do you know if you don´t know whats missing in my bag?

You(Funcom) don´t even communicate what the bug is. You will say, you will only recover items with "can only have one"?

OK, the Community makes a list of all possible items ("can only have once") and collect the data and claim all of them. My character never owned a "Jiang-Shi ring", but if Funcom doesn´t know that, why shouldn´t I claim one?

Well, I´m no cheater, but I can think of dozen others "Shard-Farmers" and I would like to know:
    Funcom, Serious solution?
Ich ignoriere die Beiträge von Zatochi und gehe daher nicht auf sie ein!

    Funcom

    Hi folks,

We're currently still investigating this situation and will provide more updates when we have our information sorted out.

What happens when you update your petition? I'd be happy to look into this to see why your petition might not be updating.
