Rare Trophies. How hard to get now?

I have been away from AoC for a long time and was wondering if the Rare Trophies are only available as before with 1-2 per Hard Mode in Khitai instances?

It goes muuuuuch faster now.

1 for each normal mode + 2-3 additional in hard mode, with the occasional crate (5) for certain specific instances.
Then there is also those solo instances that grant rares (Apostate, Isle of Iron Statues, Dead Man's...)

Might as well rename them common trophies.
