Milestones Bugged

I can't lay down any of the milestones that were in my bag prior to the server merge.

I have about 11 Milestones to lay down, I can click on the stones, but nothing happens.

Before anyone asks, no, there aren't any other milestones already on the marker. I tried laying down all 11 on completely empty stones and they simply won't work now.

Yeah, I have the quest. For some reason I had to log in and out several times before it would start letting me put them down.

I can lay them down now tho, so I guess it's not completely bugged.
