Will this remove my keybinds? Am i able to save them if i copy them?

The keybinds aren't saved on your computer anyway but on the server. If you log from an other computer or on a friends account you have his keybind settings

I suggest you contact support with a well written letter explaining the troubles and what you've done. They do a good job and will manage to find what's going on.
