Disappeared mail

Ok, WTH is wrong here? I've just sent a decent amount of gold to one of my chars, to which I logged in right after.I got that money and then I sent it to yet another char on the same account.I logged into that char and the money is nowhere to be found! It's disappeared.It happened 20 minutes ago, so server merge isn't an excuse in this case.Both characters were logged in yesterday after the merge as well.
It was the kind of amount you really work hard to obtain so to say I'm really fed up right now is to say it gently.
First I loose all the money from the items that I sold before the merge.Now I loose even the money which I sent over AFTER the merge.

I'm just lacking words...

I've contacted Community Management and was told this will be looked into. Even though it does sadden me that this happened to you, I do appreciate you posting it.

If you're experiencing troubles with sending new mail, please use the /petition command in game and include as many details as possible; character names, item names, gold amounts. Customer Service will investigate the matter.

Please refer to this thread for more information on ongoing issues and any updates.

The items that were not claimed from old mail are still in the senders' banks. Gold is another matter and is being investigated at this time.

Unable to send mail between alts atm. Worked fine about an hour ago. Now the mail just sits there in senders store and sell. The receiver has no mail alert and the mail isn't there.
