Transfers are disabled until they iron out all the merge issues from what i hear.

Character Transfers will become available when Funcom is confident the merge is stable. Until then they will unavailable.

Please do a search for the topic you want to discuss before posting a new thread on something already being talked about in a different thread/area of the forums.
