After merge - Guild City gone! 80% players missing!

About the "not in my guild anymore" issue: it might take a little while for the client to show everything correctly. Some reports we received have been checked and those characters all still showed of being part of their guild including their guild owning their guild city still. It just might take some time for it all to show correctly.

So please do try to log out and log back in again after a while to see if the issue has been resolved.

I had to get an invite back into my guild so obviously I wasn't in a guild at all if that was possible. I have seen people from my old friends list talking in global but they are no longer on my friends list. Nobody is on friends list. offline or online.

I started playing again in December last year. Did you maybe use files from back then rather than the current ones?

I did not log out in our guild city

Bugs I have seen:

1. Character screen does not show the avatars animation, although the back ground is present

2. /claims is flagged and I now have two sets of the lvl 80 purple and blue rings

3. No longer in guild and from what I hear our guild city is gone based on what a guildie told me who is still in guild (our guild list is about 10 percent of normal).

4. I cannot use path of comrades to get to nonexistent guild city

5. Not likely a bug but trader is empty of anything but new items apparently put on today: unknown if anything was lost as I cleared out my trader and mail items before merge (but I doubt everyone else did that)

6. My friends list was cleared by the merge and I don't think that was intended based on what was said prior to the merge about being able to see friends with new names on the friends list in game

Used Path of comrads to take me to guild city. Nothing. Also shows renown 0, Most guild members kicked from one of the guilds. Guild BANKS are empty for a lot of Set server guilds, which is a big deal. Hope people took screenshots

Came back and now can see avatar on character selection screen but I cannot log into game it gives me the 'cannot connect to character selection' from password screen.

The only people who are showing up in guild list are people who logged in within 3-4 hours of the downtime beginning.

Guild bank gold is there but items are gone, guild city is gone.

Check your guild banks, most of mine are empty (I actually do own several GUILD cities n defunct guilds, not just banks). Also most toons kicked.
Guild cities are destroyed.

Tarib, I appreciate what your saying... But with a large change like this, please do not dismiss what were reporting. Were posting it here. Making things more difficult by telling us to contact Customer Service and petition in game instead is not going to help the situation.But - I have done both.

A simple log on and off did not fix anything. Its not most of ours first rodeo and is the first thing we tried.

EDIT: Additionally, alt tabbing is not working. I know this is off topic, but I didn't see any other thread to report issues after the merge. Just a suggestion - may be a good idea to get one of these going.

Looks like it happened to a lot of US guilds. Haven't had a character in guild yet to check banks, all my friends lists are cleared and no characters in guild yet.

Unknown if EU guilds were hit by this issue.
