Missing controls UI

A friend of mine is having an issue with changing his controls. He claims when he hits F10 or ESC to open the UI, the option to change controls is missing. He cannot find the button that opens up the control settings to change his keybinds. I told him to petition it, but I thought I would post on the forums for him while he wait.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? Any clues on how to fix it?

Same problem here. I only have options to press Exit game, and resume game...

No other options!

Sounds like if you go delete your GUI folder and have it re-download, it should be fixed.

If you don't want to just delete the folder, you could always move it somewhere like your desktop, while you try and get it working again.
