New Shield Graphics (Patch 4.1)

The shield is Reinforced Light Scutum.

I am not sure if I like the graphical change. My character sees nothing behind the shield. She cannot even peek over or to the side of it!

It's really good for ranger tought (the pvp shield). It was too big before.

Sadly weapons dont scale in AoC. There is tons of weapons which are way too big for small female characters, but then again womans were not supposed to use weapons like that except in fantasy, but AoC again tries to make things look realistic. It is problem we have to live with

I had it fine before the patch though: the shield was a bit lower (and maybe even farther from the body), as far as I remember. (http://img9.imageshack.us/img9/6853/9hj3.jpg - I am drowning there, but you get the picture)

Yep, but old shield "stance" was making clipping issues and it never "protected" users body. Now it feels like you use shield to protect your body

And my eyes from seeing things around me! Other shields have peeking holes or are smaller, unlike this one.
