Why doesn't funcom make reaver start at 20% weapon damage like zerker so it would be more equal in pvp. (duals always use zerker anyway even if they do change it but it would make it more viable for group pvp)

Basically I have to get 3.5 stacks of reaver to = what zerker gets from the start plus by that point zerker would have base healing by that point plus extra heal bonus per stack.

So if anything to be fair, I think that reaver should start at 40% weapon damage and then people might(unlikely) use it in pvp. (considering it gives no heals, no increase hp and no heal bonus per stack)
