City/guild ownership upon return.

I've just returned after a prolonged absence.

Our guild is no longer active (I'm the only one playing currently) but the city still exists. I've been reduced to 'comrade'.

Is there any way I can regain guild leadership and city control, as I would like to rebuild....

I believe if the guild leader has not logged in for 90 days you can petition to be promoted.
