Recent Tortage bugs

I don't see these anywhere else so figured it should be noted:

The Tortage harbor crane next to Redrik used in one of the first quests is apparently broken and a lot of people in NPH keep asking about it (note - this probably does not leave a good impression with a new player seeing as they may hit it within their first hour of play...). Not sure how something like that got messed up after being static for so long but it is regardless.


Also a more minor possible bug in the animation during the volcano quest (Letter to the King II) cutscene. Mithrelle no longer pours out the vial of blood it just sits at her side, at least for me since the patch (I've done it twice since update leveling some alts, and a couple times recently before that when it was fine). Might need a confirmation that this is nto somehow jsut me but it is definitely a recent development

I see the update came out a bit ago that resolved the crane issue.

I can't say anything in regards to the lesser animation bug.
