Authentication Problem

Hi.

I'm completely new to AOC, and I have problems logging into the game. I'm positive that I'm typing the correct password, and I always get the same response: Authentication Failure. Please note that passwords are case sensitive. (14)

I have no idea how this is fixed, and I hope you can help me. Tnx.

if you just made your account with FC it might take a bit, but if that isn't the problem I'm not sure. but double check your active accounts on the main website for AOC. hope this helps otherwise I would try to contact FC Customer Service.
