What pieces have movement mods on them and where are they found.

I know of the

Stride Leggings - Tortage Redrik night quest - 3%
Veterans Boots - Veteran trader - 10%


What else.

Most of the "traveler's" pieces (random green drops) have +5% movement modifier and a lot of the culture armor feet too.

There are 2 rings that give 2% & 3% for inviting friends to join AoC called silver & gold rings of hastening and pants go up to 5% movment speed at level 80.
Rings Can be reached on your account page for more details on inviting.

Recruit 1 friend and get the "Bronze Ring of Hastening Winds" (level 20)
Recruit 3 friends and get the "Silver Ring of Hastening Winds" (level 50)
Recruit 6 friends and get the "Gold Ring of Hastening Winds" (level 80)

im pretty sure the rings only go up to 3% move speed but this pic seems to indicate that the gold ring gets 5 all by itself tho i sort of remember seeing it only reach 3 plus the 2% silver got you to a total of 5 for both together. But my memory is foggy.

Ever since sprint revamp it is extremely easy to get OOC.

Yes. I switch to combat gear whenever I am attacked, but being quick on your feet is a huge advantage.
