BB one is for healers .. a whole stat wasted for DT there. Not worth it.

Yellow P's flower is pretty good unless you can get an ibis.

I prefer the Yag Kosha 1HB as it has slightly more dps and +crit damage rating. The Yun 1HB however has +hate so you can use it when tanking also and with Yun you can get some amazing pets (Grey Lotus on a DPS DT is killer).

Chances are those were clueless people (still) using Polish client - it has "heal rating" translated as "health tap"

I've been saving up for an ibis while playing my other characters. Should I bother getting an Ibis when I go back to playing DT? I keep hearing Bel's Mirth has been nerfed. What changes were made and were they significant?

IMO ibis is the best weapon for DT besides t4.
Some would argue the t3 crafted is even a bit better than ibis but that's even harder to get.
