tried to xfer my BS over to Set from tyranny. and didnt log into my account for one day only to log on and fine my BS is still on tyranny. common i paid for this. so it should work.

Char transfer has been broken for months. You need to contact live support so they can move it manually

It breaks when you have quest items in your bank or inventory.
