Why new players think game is dead

a new player must play at last 1 year or more to be only a little good.

With proper advices it take ~150 hours to level one toon to lvl 80, be level 4 in a khitai faction with the full set of it and yeah, probably some raid loot aswell + needed AAs.

Its far to be 1 year gameplay. But you need to know what you are doin, you cant make a general statement about it, if a noob is greatly adviced he'll do things very fast

this game is not an easy game by nature

You re kinda wrong, apart Erlik, one or two T4 bosses and 2 instances it's one of the easiest MMO out there. (overall difficulty, not talkin about systems)
