Had no less than 6 server kicks when I tried to play last night over about a 1/2 hour period of time. Latency spikes of 4-8 K and full stacks of red bars on the hud...
Anyone else having this issue?

It was on Set, and actually it seems to have resolved at this time.

I'll get that issue at random times, usually at a screen load but it's happened at other times. Never during combat, thankfully, but red-bars make up for it =D
