New horse in item shop: no lvl requirements

So there is a slope backed horse in item shop under new items: no lvl requirements and no riding experience.

Has anyone got screenshots on it and how fast it is?

Well if it's a tru slope backed horse, I would wager it's slow and old. No sense in putting a level requirement on it.
