Okay, so what's the point? I go in, spank some bowls in T2 zones. Get a thingy. Then, I travel around the countryside 'warning' people not to accept a bowl after something I've done twice now in T3.
Why?
It seems there's two quests here as I get a completed 'Raising the Red Flag' completed in my system tabby, but I dont get anything worth my time to justify even raising a leg to let one rip for the effort of warning some people with a bad ensemble or 'exaggerated American accent pretending to be not-Roman'.
12S and 35K Mastery. Woohoo.
It's T2/T3 or something maybe (I dunno it's saying this in the done log, The Bowls of Set, Raising a Red Flag)), so what did I miss.
Was this derailed sometime during a T3 revamp?

Its always been this way for this quest. Its a free quest with no point and no reward yes. Its your basic poster quest.
