new/noobish dt at fury server looking for advice

I just returned after 3-4 years of break. DT looks very appealing with magic/physical dps and tanking capabilities but im noob of the class. I started at fury server but im stranger to pvp server necessities too.My Dt lvl 20 atm. i have 5 feat points in both blighted touch and devouring touch.

So i need some directions.
1- i need a feat and aa build for leveling and pvping at the same time if its feasible to do both at the same time. if its not feasible what would you suggest and for why?
2- Should i concentrate on lvling till 80 or take my time with mini games and open world too?(is the class suited for this?)
3- Equipment suggestions if there is any very usefull or necessary to aim for, before lvl80...
