Thread: Misleading image in in-game store

Default Misleading image in in-game store

The image for Wristguards of Adamant Resolve in the in-game store is misleading. It looks like it is the same bracers that Rahotep in Khemi is wearing in the preview - which I desperately wanted. When I put them on, they looked completely different. Don't get me wrong, they are nice but not what I wanted. I would like to talk to someone about that, see if they can fix it (preferably by giving me Rahotep's bracers if that's a possibility).

Is this classified as an account issue since it involves Funcom points? What should I do? I'd much rather get the bracers I thought they were going to give me than a refund.

I have attached links to image of what I wanted on Rahotep, what the store says it looks like (which should be correct and what Rahotep's wearing), and what it actually looks like when I put them on.

And this is why funcom needs to add a dressing room.
Sorry to hear your item wasn't what you hoped for.

Maybe the female version looks different?

You should try petitioning the issue, although I believe this is an account issue since you bought the wrists from the online store a GM may be able to assist you like they can with items purchased from vendors in game.

If a GM cannot assist you then contact customer service. To contact Customer Service via email is to send an email through http://help.funcom.com or to go to http://www.ageofconan.com/support and click on "Email Support".

As for Kinlock's suggestion... you should put that in the suggestion thread if you haven't already done it.

I hope they can resolve your issue and I'll close this thread.
