Many items from /claim is tagged as "for sale" when you get them, so moving the item to your bank, right click and choose "stop selling" usually fixes the issue.

Too bad it doesn't work this time. Tried to put in bank for deletion (but gives only delete option which doesn't work not the "for sale" option where you can chose stop selling and then delete).

You will have to petition a GM to get this deleted. No other way around it. You HAVE to petition to have this item deleted.
So, until funcom changes this and makes it deletable you are either stuck with it or you have to petition a GM.
Maybe after receiving a few hundred petitions, the GM's will start asking Funcom to make this item deletable.
