Lag after downtime

Never had an issue with lag before but this evening I am the red bar then kicked out of game. Anyone else?

Normally the game is full of spikes and often, Funcom needs to extend maintenance or take servers down for hotfixes. This time they were back online more than two hours earlier than expected and I did not have a single lag spike playing from 20:30 CEST to 01:00. I played mostly in Turan and I also did a KK HM run.

Did you change zones or relog often?
There is a lag feature related to that.
