Acces to Khitai Anniversary Gift

Maybe a dumb question but Premium players have full access to the RotG expansion adventure zones, so why is this a gift to premium players? Cant we already go to Khitai?

only if u have bought khitai epansion, if not u cant go there

Everyone can travel to Khitai as part of the anniversary, also f2p without this expansion.

You can apparently claim it for one char only, so be sure you claim it for the char you want it on. I think from the item shop.

It will give you access past the great wall and into any region or dungeon beyond it.
