Problem is that game system requirements pass his computer.
But in reality it will never work with that system.
AoC is supposed to run with pentium 4 CPU and 1GB ram (LOL), but its not possible anymore really. When i started AoC with it i had 40 stable fps, after 1.5 it went to 20 and worse every main patch
Funcom should update system requirements.
I am sorry OP, but you never play Conan with that computer
You need high end CPU (i7 or i5 / similar AMD) and high amount of ram 4GB minimum and fast HDD or SSD
Main problem is that game looks and plays worse than before. Graphical quality has dropped from high textures to medium (most armors)

you are right but as you are a pvp'er you think everything that's wrong with the game was the 1,5 update. Originally Posted by darknessjw
it was more like every other patch back in the days that cut of like 20% of the fps. When the game launched i had great performance with 8800gt. Now as we know there isn't a setup that runs the game well.
But anyway get the best computer for aoc and watch it suffer the same as any good...ish one.
