5th aniversary subscription offer > not there

hey im trying to purchase some sub while there is special offer - mostly for vet tokens ... and first what i didnt recieve any 5th aniversary info on my main acc and linked to it email but for some old and email with it one but only made for when there was trial offer and you could play tortage forever - ofc i did it for pvp :/ so when i press buy aditionall subscription time from patcher link and i put my acc name and pass i still cant get any offer it says url not valid or smth like that - anyone else having same problem? cheers in advance for help
